After years of experimentation this is my absolute best burger. Full of flavor, juicy, a slight kick, and super easy to make. When making burgers for family gatherings, this is the recipe that is most requested.

INGREDIENTS
2lbsground beef
2eggsbeaten
2tbspbrown mustard
1.5tbspchili sauce
2tbspWorcestershire sauce
1smallonion finely chopped
1scallionfinely chopped
dashseasoned salt
2garlic clovesminced
1/4cupbread crumbs(optional: only use if mixture is overly moist)
6Hamburger buns
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl beat two eggs
Add mustard, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, scallions, salt, and garlic to bowl with eggs
Crumble beef over mixture and mix thoroughly with hands
If overly moist add in bread crumbs as needed and mix thoroughly
Form into 6 1/3lb patties
Grill covered for 4-5 minutes on each side at 350 degrees for medium burgers
